Since 2009, we have been supporting families, businesses, daycare providers, and the city of Leipzig with flexible childcare concepts. Our associated commitment was honored with the 3rd place Family-Friendly Award in 2012. All concepts are tailored to each family's situation and the children's needs. We provide childcare solutions that can be booked short- or long-term, hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly, either at our premises, at the family's home, or directly for the company. Our multilingual childcare providers are fully insured, certified in pediatric first aid, possess a clean criminal record, and, in addition to a professional demeanor, bring plenty of cheerfulness, play, and craft materials to the childcare location. We are available 24/7 and can accompany you to conferences, fairs, or meetings outside Leipzig or Germany.

Our babysitters are available flexibly, whether for a few hours or extended periods, for regular or sporadic appointments in Leipzig and the surrounding area. Childcare is bookable on weekdays as well as weekends and overnight. It can take place either at your home or, by arrangement, at another location. Our babysitters have an enhanced criminal record check and pediatric first aid training – your safety and the well-being of your children are our top priorities.

We develop customized childcare concepts for your company. These may include reserved spaces for your employees in our on-site facilities, for situations such as the temporary unavailability of regular childcare or when working hours extend beyond daycare opening times. Additionally, with our support, returning to work can be facilitated through part-time childcare, and temporary bridging solutions can be provided for employees or guests without access to a daycare placement. You can also book professional childcare through us for your events, featuring diverse age-specific programs, multilingual childcare providers, and a variety of craft and play materials.

The WIESENKNOPF On-Site Childcare (VOB) serves as an alternative and complement to regular childcare facilities. Our flexible approach allows us to respond to short-term requests and offer additional care times beyond regular kindergarten and daycare hours. In specially rented spaces, we provide childcare for your children based on family needs, whether it be hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly. Established in 2009, our facilities are ideal for the transition to kindergarten or daycare, allowing children and parents to gradually acclimate to the new environment and caregiver. The small group size of a maximum of five children per caregiver supports this process. We offer immediately available, individual care options for children from zero years old in mixed-age groups. Our flexible and spontaneous 24/7 care times are a central part of our service. All child-friendly apartments include a large playroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, and a terrace or adjacent garden, all designed in accordance with the highest safety standards for toddlers.

Since 2015, WIESENKNOPF® has been a central partner for the city of Leipzig, supporting parents in daycare. Originally launched as a pilot project, we now provide stable care during short- or long-term disruptions to regular childcare due to the illness or vacation of the daycare provider. In collaboration with the city of Leipzig, we offer free and easily accessible substitute care centers throughout Leipzig. Our certified substitute daycare providers, approved by the Youth Welfare Office according to SGB VIII § 43, undergo pediatric first aid training, possess a current enhanced criminal record check, and provide a health certificate to meet the children's needs effectively.

Celebrate your child's birthday with us! We offer decorated rooms and, if you wish, can provide a caretaker for childcare. An individual program featuring crafting activities, games, and outdoor fun is tailored to the birthday child's age and preferences. Our spaces are suitable for children aged 0 to 6, accommodating a maximum of 6 children + adults. Additional services such as decoration, a customized program, and supervision can be added. You're welcome to bring drinks and food. Our child-friendly setup includes a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a changing table, and a playroom with a kids' table, chairs, and age-appropriate toys.

Explore our versatile spaces, available for hourly or daily rental for activities such as yoga, coaching, playgroups, seminars, parenting classes, language courses, first aid training, creative workshops, midwifery classes, and more. Room sizes vary between 20 to 100 sqm, accommodating 6 to 20 people, depending on the location. You can choose to rent the entire apartment or just a room – our flexible options start at €25.00 per hour and include the use of the kitchen and bathroom. Additional rooms can be added if needed, and some apartments feature usable outdoor spaces. Upon request, we also offer childcare for €25.00 per hour.
