awo lifebalance ist eine bundesweite Initiative der AWO und bietet Unternehmen bzw. Organisationen und deren Beschäftigten familienunterstützende Dienstleistungen an. Dazu zählt neben der umfassenden Beratung rund um die Themen Kinderbetreuung und Pflege von Angehörigen auch die Unterstützung bei der Suche nach entsprechenden Betreuungsmöglichkeiten. WIESENKNOPF unterstützt awo lifebalance bei kurzfristigen Ausfall der regulären Kinderbetreuung und organisiert seit 2016 im Auftrag von awo lifebalance das Ferienprogramm für Kinder ab 6 Jahren in Leipzig.
