We combine our experience with a wide range of offers and have been supporting families, companies and public youth welfare institutions in Leipzig with childcare since 2009. We see ourselves as a complement to public institutions and support parents, many companies and the city of Leipzig as partners. Our associated commitment was honoured in 2012 with the 3rd Place of the Family Friendliness Prize of the City of Leipzig. Our individual WIESENKNOPF care options are flexible and adapted to the respective family situation as well as to the needs of the children.

Our strength lies in "spontaneous care" and the associated, always new and individual care situation. The children usually come to us in the event of a short or long-term loss of private or regular childcare options in the event of illness or, for example, when the childminders are on vacation or when the daycare center is closed or bridging days. They are commissioned either by the families themselves, through their public youth welfare agency, or directly by an employer of the parent in question. In these situations, we can take in the children at short notice in the WIESENKNOPF on-site facilities or in the WIESENKNOPF representative bases, which are located in the Gohlis, Schleußig, Zentrum and Südvorstadt districts. In addition, we provide babysitters in the families' homes and childcare during events such as congresses, conferences, conventions or trade fairs. Our support can be used on an hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis.
